Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take one serving (6 capsules) with 8oz of water on an empty stomach or in between meals.
Training Days: Take 1 serving (6 capsules) with 8 oz of fluid 15-45 minutes prior to training session. Repeat with a second serving (3 capsules) consumed with 1st post-workout meal/beverage.
