Suggested Use:
Adults take one to three capsules per day in the mornings or mid afternoon, preferably after a light meal. May also be used later in the day at times of need. Vitalyze is recommended to be taken 30 minutes before aerobic exercise or weight training.
Warnings:
Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Do not take with MAO inhibitor anti-depressant drugs.
