Guarana Seed Extract (22% caffeine): 800mg Thermogenic energy enhancing complex: 685mg Citrus aurantium fruit extract (standardized for 19.5mg synephrine alkaloids), st. john's wort extract (aerial parts)( standardized for 0.9 mg hypericin), L-Phenylalanine, green tea leaf extract (standardized for epigallocatechin gallate), quericetin, citrus bioflavonoid complex (containing naringin), ginger root, cayenne fruit.
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules before each meal. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warning below.
